UK & European postage rates

All orders are posted free of charge to the UK & Europe. 

All orders within the UK & Europe are sent via Royal Mail. 

Orders are usually posted within 5 working days.  If any delay seems likely you will be contacted as soon as possible. If you have ordered online you will receive an email once your order has been posted.  If your order is urgent please contact us via email or call 07887 835 827 to arrange next day delivery where possible.

International postage rates

Destinations outside Europe are charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per order.  To apply this postage charge, please click on the "add to cart" under the postage charge section at the bottom of any of the online store pages.  This charge applies to each order - NOT to each item in the order.

Returns

• Unwanted music can be returned and refunded once, provided it is returned in perfect condition.   Returns are made at the customer's own expense.   Customers are advised to obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office when returning music in case it is lost in transit.   Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the music.   Please  use the contact page for the returns address.   PLEASE NOTE : if multiple copies of a single work are ordered, are only ONE copy can be accepted as unwanted.   If you are unsure of the suitability of a title before ordering multiple copies, then please just order one copy.   Further multiple orders within 28 days will then be sent postage free.
• Damaged music.   All music is checked by hand at the point of dispatch.   In the unlikely event that it is damaged in transit, please  use the contact page for the returns address.   A replacement copy will then be sent.
